I love listening to soundtracks and have bought some dud's but this one is the best I've ever bought. If you loved the film you will love the soundtrack. It is the only soundtrack I have where I like all the songs! There are quite a few non-famous artists but also some old favourites like Elvis Presley, Harry Nilsson and Joni Mitchell. The CD also has 2 of the classical themes from the film which makes the CD a nice mix. I hardly take it out of my CD player!Free Music Review: great music!

This is a great soundtrack! I just loved the movie and was so exicted to get the soundtrack to match. Most of the songs are great, a few can be skipped but that is the truth for so many cd's nowadays! Stevie Nicks has 2 great songs on hear that stay in your head days after you heard it and lisahall's is down right bone chilling! The songs by Alan Silvestri are just the greatest things i have ever heard and are good enough to carry the whole cd on their backs.Free Music Review: Wonderful Witchy Tunes.

"Practical Magic" is an awesome fantasy/ romantic story, and one of the best things about it is the music! I love every tune, esp. the Stevie Nicks and Joni Mitchell songs. Ethereal and romantic, and the score melody at the end is fantastic, too! I recommend it for anyone, but you'll enjoy it even more if you see the movie. "If You Ever Did Believe" at the beginning is a Stevie Nicks/ Sheryl Crow collaboration not found anywhere else. A must-hear!Free Music Review: Inspiring and Emotional

First of all I loved the movie and watch it all the time, I purchased the CD after the movie came because of the wonderful songs and music. I never tire of this CD, and agree with another woman's comment, that all women should own this CD... The music is soothing, relaxing and emotionally charged. I saw the movie with my sister when it came out in theaters many years ago. We both went to the ''CD STORE'' and got our own copies! Throughout the years, we have replaced them with new copies because someone "borrowed" it, we gave it to them, it was ''worn out from over playing" ..... or gave as gifts!
