Free Music Review: Not for Outsiders
Hit: 4 Stars

I really enjoyed this album, from the art on the cover, to the tarot card lyric sheets, to the songs themselves. i don't think that i would have loved this album as much as i do, however, unless i was already a Coheed and Cambria fan, and bought it with the knowledge that it was a different story in the same universe. So unless you are a HUGE Co & Ca fan, listen to it before you buy it.

Free Music Review: good change for Claudio
Hit: 4 Stars

Very interesting CD - its cool to see Claudio do something different from Coheed and Cambria. I really enjoy this CD but hate the space between tracks on my ipod.

Free Music Review: Postal Service Claudio Style
Hit: 3 Stars

I'll have to agree that this album is most easily explained as The Postal Service: Claudio Sanchez Version 2.0. It's not bad at all. It's no Coheed but it's just as easy a listen as The Postal Service and worth checking out for sure. Some of the slow ones do lose your interest, but the catchier songs are placed well enough on the track list than you won't take the album out before it ends. 3 1/2 stars out of 5.

Free Music Review: Do. Not. Like. It. At. All.
Hit: 2 Stars

To make it short and sweet, here's a track by track review.

THE GOING PRICE FOR HOME- DAMN that keyboard and its annoying repetitive riff!!!! Hate it!!! Again it would have been a great track if not for that damn keyboard!!!

THE FIGHT OF MOSES EARLY & SIR ARTHUR MCCLOUD- OK I guess. Chorus was good but the verse was boring.

OUR DARLING DAUGHTER YOU ARE, LITTLE CECILIA MARIE- Catchy track, I guess. gets a bit repetitive after awhile.

A DEATH IN THE FAMILY- Song was pretty good until the "La la la la la la" part, which totally ruined it. That and the fact that Claudio's voice sounds overly breathy... which recurs quite a lot in the CD. It takes two seconds for it to get annoying.

THE MARGRETVILLE DANCE- SOMEBODY GET RID OF THAT FREAKING CHEAP $5 CASIO KEYBOARD NOW!!! Ugh, now I'm really starting to worry. I HATE this dancy sound. It's so annoying and light and fluffy that it makes me wanna puke. Why, Claudio why?????? I know this is YOUR solo project but this just annoyed the bejeezus out of me. And that chorus... ugh. I'm embarrassed. This is also not a good song to be listening to at a time your mom is most likely to walk in the room (true story folks). When I think Claudio Sanchez, I think a rocker with ridiculously awesome hair singing his lungs out and banging his head while shredding his guitar, not fluffy happy pink dance music and flowers. *shoots self*

ACCIDENTS- Hate it.

RUN, GUNNER RECALL, RUN! THE TOWN WANTS YOU DEAD!- Disgustingly corny folksy acoustic ballad. Hate it. Thought Pearl Of the Stars off the new album was corny as hell? This is worse.

WHO WATCHES THE WATCHMEN- Best track on the album hands down. Understandable why Claudio chose it for the lead single, as it's the only song that doesn't make me wanna grab the nearest wide/thick object and smash it over my head. And catchy chorus too.

The next three tracks are so dull and boring they don't even deserve mention.

78- Cool hidden track after several pointless silences. Really creepy and Tool-like.

In short, I love Coheed, they're one of my favorite bands, and I love Claudio but the fanboy gushing really baffles me. Almost NOTHING but but WWTWM and 78 appeals to me, and in short this is just a boring waste of time. Worth it for the packaging though, with the tarot cards and the shiny snakeskinesque finish on the CD case.

Free Music Review: um....Postal service?
Hit: 2 Stars

Apparently this is more of the story from Jesse's point of view. He is a boxer and his name is inferno....hence prize fighter inferno. How clever. Sorry but the dancey stuff sounds to postal service like to me and the acoustic tracks are kinda boring. Very uninspiring album. Anticipated alot more. Maybe this will grow on me but as of right now I would assume to just stick with Coheed and read the lyrics to this just to get more perspective on the story.
