Maynard James Keenan proves, once again, that he is a musical genius. For fans of MJK, Pusifer's sound is not like Tool, or Perfect Circle, but the lyrics do not disappoint. It's a cross between ambient/lounge and industrial/EBM, and has a perfect sound that makes me already look forward to a second album.Free Music Review: Amazing.

It has been awhile since there has been music that invoked a wide array of emotions and nostalgia. The chanting, the mantras, and hypnotic rhythms. I cannot accurately portray in words the worlds I travel within the moments of these songs. When Mike Patton was in Faith No More, he branched out and expanded into very interesting projects. He'd been in Mr. Bungle before Faith No More. Anyway, Maynard is doing something quite interesting, and I'm glad it sounds very different than Tool or a Perfect Circle. This is an excellent release.Free Music Review: Into the Unknown

im a huge tool fan and fanclub member.
i know alot of folks dont get this album or just dont like it.
oh well. conventionality, popularity or acceptance isnt what its about.
its different from APC and TOOL, but its still good chill music.
