Free Music Notes for JazzFree Music Review: GENIUS ALL OVER THE MAP! THEIR 7th MASTERPIECE IN A ROW! Hit: 5 Stars
Queen followed up the massive worldwide success of NEWS OF THE WORLD with this frenetic masterpiece. This album is filled to the brim with buckets of Life. Curveball after curveball is thrown at you starting with the wildly Bulgarian Mustapha to lovely ballads like Leaving Home Ain't Easy to amphetamine driven rocker Dead on Time to the irresistable groove rock of Fun It(one of my personal faves). Queen would not show this kind of wild creativity again until 13 years later on their wonderful, final album, INNUENDO! BUY THIS ALBUM!
Free Music Review: Hands down their best... Hit: 5 Stars
All the Queen I heard before this album was only mildly interesting. A little too operatic for my then-heavy-metal tastes. But with Jazz I finally got it. Every song is a gem. The whole album flows and was also featured largely on their excellent "Live Killers". Maybe it's sentimentality on my part, but I NEVER was into any other Queen album as much as this one. If you ever had any doubt about Queen's ability to 'jam', just listen to "Dead On Time". Lots of nostalgia with this one. In my top ten of all time.
Free Music Review: Don't Stop me now Hit: 5 Stars
This is rapidly becoming my favorite Queen album next to "night at the opera" the first 4 songs, "Mustapha, Fat Bottomed Girls, Jealousy, and Bicycle Race" are classic Queen. The rest are pretty good, but the Hiddden Gem in this album is "Don't Stop me now". you see, the first 30seconds are sorta bland WHICH makes you want to skip it, but after that... you get the greatest song sing "Bohemian Rhapsody"all in all, their best since "Night at the opera"
Free Music Review: The best album of all time!! Hit: 5 Stars
if you are a Queen fan listen to this album ten times through headphones..then tell me it is not the greatest rock album of all time! If you don't get it then you are missing the point! Imagine Brian Freddie Roger and John knocking these tracks out in the studio and you will possibly get the point of this seminal, beautiful album!!! If you don't get it then I for one don't get it!!! And 'In Only Seven Days' is the most beautiful holiday romance song ever written.....
Free Music Review: I like this one Hit: 5 Stars
one of queens least popular, but it's still fantastic. The album has only one bad song (more of that jazz) but the rest is great. My favs are "mustapha" "fat bottomed girls" and freddie's "don't stop me now" Jazz is a nice mixture of rocker's (dead on time) and great ballads (dreamers ball) if you only like one style of music queen arn't for you, stick to ACDC if that's the case. queen were musically all over the place, that's why they were so great.
