Sincerely I expected a longer live for QOTSA, when I get "Rated R" and "songs for the deaf" I was pretty sure to have a large romance with this band, however it seems Homme doesnt give a damn in letting go very valuable musicians, Hernandez first, and then Oliveri, QOTSA is his band and he doesnt share the control of it with no one, this is very bad if you want to make a name as a band, otherwise you better become a solo artist and no problem, Now I have to point at the good stuff in "Era Vulgaris" I absolutelly looooove, "Into the hollow" and "Make It Wit Chu" other songs like "Battery Acid" , "3's & 7's" and "Sick, Sick, Sick" are amazing as garage rock cuts, but I have to insist, this is a Josh Homme solo album, the intellectual and creative other half that Oliveri provided to the first three QOTSA albums is gone since "Lullabies to Paralyze" and because of this the last two albums of the "band" are missing the incredible variation we used to enjoy in prior recordings.
