Free Music Review: Rocks!

This rocks from start to finish. I've waited a long time for a live REM cd. My only option to this point was a scattering of live tracks compiled from itunes. If you are looking for Greatest Hits Live, this may not be for you. While it does have many so called hits, abscent is Stand and a few others I would have liked to hear. However REM has never been a band to fit into the Greatest Hits format. Sound is perfect and crisp. Now for the rant. I have to disagree with another reviewer however. Our current administration deserves to be bashed. This great country has a government that seems to be committed to self destruction and it continues year after year. Our political leaders are a disgrace and do not deserve to be in a position of running the USA. REM, Springsteen, Jackson Browne and the like promote messages denouncing the things our government does that will destroy this nation. I for one am glad they stand up and spread the message. These are our spokespeople. Maybe one day our so-called leaders will hear what is said and make some changes. Until then we can continue as we are, on a downward spiral of self destruction, where we care more about fixing other countries than we do about fixing our own. If we want to play the big brother ticket, lets be a big brother to our own brothers and sisters. Want to stop terrorisim? We have big expensive airplanes which drop bombs. Use them! Well that was my rant. Thanks for reading. Buy the REM Live CD and play it loud!
