Free Music Review: Double Up
Hit: 4 Stars

R. Kelly never fell off. He just switched it up from the same ol early 90's R. Kelly. But with that said this album is more of the same. It's R. Kelly! He's been established long enough for people to know if they like him or not. If you are an R. Kelly fan this album will not disappoint with songs such as Leave Your Name, Double Up, Freaky In The Club (especially that one...oh yeah! Lol), The Zoo, I'm A Flirt RMX (gimme that back Bow Wow...I'll make it a hit!), Same Girl, Hook It Up , Rock Star, Rollin (extra hot), Sweet Tooth, Sex Planet. Those songs make this album a success. Some songs do hold the album back from being one of his best such as the collaborations with Nelly, Chamillionaire and surprisingly Keyshia Cole. Real Talk is kinda pointless but hilarious nonetheless. R. Kelly is a superstar and even though he was low on the MVP votes last year, he is still a force to be reckoned with.

Free Music Review: R-Kelly brings it again
Hit: 4 Stars

R-Kelly has been in the game for a minute making hit after hit from i wish to down low from his earlier classics. This cd here is more of the hip-hop side of r-kelly, which is not a bad thing but more r&b cuts would have been nicer. The jams that im feeling include imma flirt remix, same girl, rise up, freaky in the club, the title track, sex planet, leave your name, sweet tooth and havin a baby. R-Kelly could have done without rockstar because the song is just all over the place. Luda's verse is nice though. Even though his scandals may have turn away a lot of his fans, there is no denying that he still makes good music. This cd is definitely better that TP3 RELOADED but not better than his older material. Still a solid effort from the king of r&b. Cop it if you are a fan of r-kelly or like mixtures of r&b and hip-hop

Free Music Review: What did you expect...
Hit: 4 Stars

R. has written "Feeling On Your Booty", has been brought up on charges of messing with a minor and runs with a crowd of thugs. Now all of sudden some people expect him to write Luther type love songs to suit their taste. Well if your looking for anything other than some overly RAW adult tunes then this disc is not for you.

The tracks on this album are catchy and I've listened to it for 4 days staight in the car. It's not for when the kids are in there but it certainly bumps well for when I'm in there alone. (guilty pleasure, I guess) I'm glad he didn't change a thing with this record.

"...I'm all up in your middle. Ohh it taste like Skittles." That's so corny that it just works for me.

My 2 cents.

Free Music Review: R.KELLY-ALWAYS
Hit: 4 Stars

It is amazing to me that people think that if u are 40 years old, you can't relate to an R. Kelly song, but w.t.f. Do u have to be under 30 in order to be able to appreciate good music? I love Luther too-and Maxwell, What age should I be to listen to them? I love R. Kelly's grit..I don't get it, maybe some people are old and washed up and don't ever have a need to move around in their chair. Geez..Get over it...R. KELLY IS the king of r&b/ Listen carefully to the words to Flirt! LOL--people get a life. Kels is going to triumph regardless!

Free Music Review: Different...but he's still doing it!
Hit: 4 Stars

Say what you want about R. Kelly...he's talented and he doing his thing. True this is very different from previous R. Kelly albums. This one has more of a hip hop feel to it. He has thrown some slow songs in the mix. A couple of the songs I was like dag R. tell us how you really feel(esp. The Champ"). Overall I like it. If nothing else he has people talking...as always.
Fav tracks: Tryin' to Get A Number, Get Dirty, The Zoo, Freaky in the Club, I'm a Flirt, Rock Star, Rollin
