After coming across the Baby Beluga book at the library, a friend (a former kindergarten teacher) loaned me the cassette. Her copy was warn out from play and I have recently ordered two CDs. One to replace her worn out tape, and one for my 3 1/2 year old daughter who still loves it. The lively songs and various genre's are refreshing! Anyone who can't stand Barney in their car one more day will be amazed when they catch themselves liking this one! I don't even get tired of it on road trips. Joshua Giraffe has become a family challenge, to see who can sing all of the words! So far, the 3 year old is winning! I highly recommend this CD!Free Music Review: My daughter's favorite!

My 2-year-old first heard this CD at daycare, and she fell in love with the title track, Baby Beluga. We got the CD to play at home, and I have to say I never ever thought I would like Raffi... and we really like this music! My husband and I just aren't into kids' music, but this Raffi CD is more like folk music to us. We not only tolerate it, we actually enjoy it... well, maybe just the first 10 times we have to listen to Baby Beluga and Biscuits in the Oven -- after granting our daughter's "Again! Again!" requests, the songs do get a little old ;)Free Music Review: More than pleased!

My 19 year old son is autistic. He absolutely loves Baby Beluga! The melody is fun and so easy to follow. He will sing with Raffi over and over and over smiling and laughing so much so, that you just have to join him. I am so pleased and happy to have found it. He would ask me to sing Baby Beluga to him when I would visit, but I had never heard of it. I found it on Amazon and bought 2. I have a small daycare and the CD is absolutely loved by all my little ones too. Thank you for offering difficult to find items, from a very happy supermom.

I love this CD and I'm 48 years old! I bought this for my 10 month old grand daughter and her mom and I know every word. Cailyn gets such a kick out of the songs. She will bounce or sway and the songs are easy to learn and sing to her. Baby Beluga is a great bedtime song, fussy baby song. Also the song "All I really need" is such a sweet song. It's so true. Babies don't need so many "things". A song in their heart, food in their belly and love in their family is all they "really" need.Free Music Review: Still my children's favorite!

We own several of Raffi's recordings, but this seems to be the one that the children ask for most.It, of course, contains Raffi's famous "Baby Beluga", favorites such as "Day O" and "Kumbaya", and original songs such as "All I Really Need" and "Joshua Giraffe."
If you don't own a Raffi tape, I would highly recommend this recording, particularly for long drives in the car or SUV with your children.
