Just like Rammstein's other albums, this album is rock solid. Every single track in this album is good.

Free Music Review: Best Rammstein album to date

Forget about being mostly B-sides from Reise,Reise, which was awsome in its own right. "Rosenrot" takes Rammstein in a whole new direction and I certainly hope they stay down the road this ablum has started them. Now to be fair I am of the opinion that every Rammstein ablum has been better than its predecessor.Sehnsucht was topped by Mutter which was topped by Reise Reise which was topped by this album. So their next album might be better than "Rosenrot" but that would be asking a lot. Its hard to find a bad song on this album, okay maybe Stirb Nicht Vor Mir . And the great ones like ,Mann Gegen Mann, Wo Bist Du, and the title track are Rammsteins best songs yet. But the true standout on this album has to be Feuer und Wasser. Slow at first but when it gets going it is sheer brilliance. Move over Reise Reise, your B-sides just took center stage. With Rammstein it matters not whether you understand the lyrics or not, they are that good.Free Music Review: still going strong and thats a good thing

I'm not going to get into specific detail on every song in this album but I would like to mention a couple songs that really had an effect on me. First and foremost Feuer & Wasser is an awesome song and its my favorite song on Rosenrot. Actually it might be one of their best songs for me on any of their albums. Sure it starts out slow and calm but as it nears the end its amazing how till's voice really sounds with confidence and passion I really cant recall any other one of their other songs where till is singing so truly from his heart. Just a great song. Mann gegen Mann on the other hand was a great song as well I loved the guitar riffs simple but effective but the lyrics were a bit strange. The other songs on the album were good but those two stood out to me. I just hope rammstein continues to evolve.Free Music Review: A Very Sturdy Comeback

Unlike many other folks who have claimed their love for this album, I personally did not like "Reise, Reise". For those that are skeptics of Rammstein's ability to still produce quality music, you need not be worried. I'm now seeing "Reise, Reise" in a reformatory light. Yes, Rammstein may sound different, but they needed to find themselves again and that was the purpose of te previous album. "Rosenrot" definitely has some stronger characteristics about it. If you're looking for the good old powerful, major sound from the days of "Mutter" just try giving "Wo Bist Du" a chance. The old angry sound maybe? Try "Mann Gegen Mann". I really think that "Rosenrot" has proved a good step in the right direction. You won't be dissapointed.Free Music Review: Amazing album

It cracks me up when people say this album isn't as good as previous Rammstein works. How many CDs do you buy that you can honestly say there are only 2-3 "throw-away" tracks on. (Benzin, Rosenrot)
This album has two of my favorite Rammstein songs ever on it in the form of "Wo Bist Du" and "Spring." Almost every other song is definately in the category of highly likeable as well. I also feel this album is one of the first albums by Rammstein where they actually have more of a theme to the entire album, as the two aforementioned songs fit very well with the icy cover art.
This album is highly recommended for the price.
