Free Music Notes for Genius Loves CompanyFree Music Review: Ray Charles "The Seed Of Greatness" Hit: 5 Stars
Ray Charles was put on Earth the same as Elvis. That may sound a little strange, but when I was young I was taught that we are put here for a reason. Either it was music or any other purpose. These people were here to give mankind an experience that enhanced their short stay. True, there time here was short but their music will live forever. Elvis and Ray gave us the enjoyment of music. Without them life would be pretty boring.

Free Music Review: Ray Charles; what a loss Hit: 5 Stars
This album has a collection of the blues' genius with other great talents; and lovely performances with Norah Jones, James Taylor, Willie Nelson, B.B. King, Van Morrison. My favorites are: "sorry seems to be the hardest word" with Elton John, and" Do I ever cross your mind" with Bonnie Raitt.
A great album that can only be enhanced by listening to another wonderful collection: Ray Charles & friends
Free Music Review: Awesome Legacy Hit: 5 Stars
One wonders how long this great piece of music would have sat on ice had Ray Charles not passed away awhile ago. This is a truly great album which highlights his blues and country music roots. Each selection is a musical treasure. If you're into keyboards, you'll find great ones on this album. Not a dud to be found. Artists like Natalie Cole, Diana Krall et al are at their best. A must add to your musical collection.
Free Music Review: The Best! Hit: 5 Stars
this is a fabulous album. it was a great surprise that Ray Charles had recorded these wonderful selections with such a cross section of popular musicians. it is a joy to listen to and a wonderful gift from the "Genius". his sound never gets old and his ability to sing with artists who have vastly different approaches and styles proves what a genius he is. i find i'm singing the songs throughout the day. icredible!!!
Free Music Review: Nice Gentle Album with the Genius Ray Charles In His Twilight Years Hit: 5 Stars
This is a very nice album where every major singer who has ever loved Ray Charles gets to sing with him. The album has strong production values and is very nice to listen to. Very mellow and gentle. I only hope that this famous singers actually got to meet Ray Charles sometime during the production of the album. Seems like they can make albums like this without every seeing each other but that cuts into the fun.
