From stem to stern, this is a very good album. Ray Charles adds a lot of soul to the songs featured here, which serves to make them all the more enjoyable. "You Don't Know Me", "Do I Ever Cross your Mind?", and "Sinner's Prayer" are 3 of my favorites, with "Sinner's Prayer" almost having me fall off the seat with laughter. One track, in particular, has really caught my ear, "Unchain My Heart" with Take 6. I would guess that Ray had passed before being able to record that song with them, and I would have loved to have heard him on this song. That would've been awesome! Still, Take 6 makes very good work of the song, though. Love what they did with it. This is my favorite song on the album, by the way.
Again, this is a very good album. Sorry that I slept on it so long, but oh well. I have it now, and am enjoying it, and that is all that matters:)
