This yummy little Oklahoma Lady is a musical icon,and to dispute that is to expose yourself as a complete fool! Her success at having recorded 33 Number One hits is certain proof. Now take notice that I typed the word "musical" in front of the word "icon!" I agree with almost N O N E of her political views.....but I sincerely adore her music! To be fair, a good reviewer MUST keep the artist's entertainment talents seperated from the artist's personal life. Reba...you GO, Girl!

I have enjoyed Reba's talent for many years however, had never purchased one of her albums. This was a good choice to place in my collection as it gives the listener a full spectrum of Reba being who she is. Yes, she ahs a different was of presenting her performance that is what makes her who she is and not a Loretta, Dolly, Martina, Gretchen or any other Country female vocalist. I enjoy all types of music, but seldom care to buy a CD just for one or 2 songs. There is no denying Reba's talent or long time staying power in her music career. I preferred buying "A best" album because it has the variety of themes and rhythms and is more enjoyable listening. Sometimes a CD only has a favorite or two on it, and the similarity of an artist's voice range and enunciation then becomes tiresome. I've played these CD's to death, but I can never get enough of the magnificent Reba. Sometimes it's a great combination of song and singer; but even on a difficult range-challenging piece like "You Lie", Reba shines. Her abilities are so far beyond the norm---there's just no one like her. If you get a chance to see her on tour, don't miss it, even if you don't think you are a fan of "country" music---Reba's excellence defies categorization.Free Music Review: I'm new to her music and I love it!

The only reason I bought this CD is because I've fallen in love with her TV show - Reba. She's hilarious in it, as are the other actors. That got me thinking that maybe I should give her music a chance. I've always thought of her as ultra-country and didn't think I'd like it. But, people change, and so have I - I've become a country music fan, and Reba falls right in line with that!
