I turned around and all of the sudden this excellent album is out of print. I tracked it down and bought it on an auction site (you know the one) for 5 bucks. This album is as good as I remember it, and I feel like I am 17 years old again just listening to it. Towering riffs, pounding backbeat, harmonizing vocals. Kiss filtered through some kind of crazy Doors/Archies mutant co-op in the California desert, circa 1977. What can I say? If you like power pop, hooks you'll be dreaming about days later, and sing-along choruses, you'll love this album. Another review mentions Nirvana as a comparison. This is not as heavy/dark as Nirvana, but man I can see the parallels. If Kurt Cobain wasn't quite as depressed and preferred Peter Frampton rather than the Melvins, he may have written some of these types of songs. Find it and buy it already!
