I have been listening to Renee's first album for a few years now, and frankly did not know "Skylark" had been released. I gave up looking after the delays. Well I am glad I happened upon it (credit channel surfing into one of her singing gigs on "Still Standing"). Skylark - Renee Olstead may be young but she shows great style and technique in her vocals. Easy to listen to, she sings with effortless grace. Had the privilege of seeing her on the 'Today' show 2 yrs. ago- have been a fan ever since. Down the road, I have no doubt she will be added to the list of GREAT vocalists, Sarah Vaughn, Ella Fitzgerald, Diana Krall, etc.Free Music Review: BEST OF BOOGIE-TALENT X 5 STARS

'Skylark' is remarkable! Renee Olstead has a voice that is Sophisticated, Sexy and Beautiful! I can't stop playing 'Skylark'. Every song on this album belongs here and my favorites are; 'Hold Me Now', 'Skylark' and 'You've Changed'! This album is classy & fun and Renee makes every song a joy to listen to! Truly Beautiful! I think the other reviewers have summed up the album pretty well so i won't try to add any more repetition to the mix. I would just like to say I've been listening to this album since it was released and I still can't get enough of it. Renee Olstead, remember that name! Other favorite musicians are Michael Buble and Diana Krall.
