The wait was worth it for this CD. Great production and arrangements. The standards were great and I found one of the new tunes "Hold Me Now" a real gem. My favorite track however..is "Lover Man"...I found myself wanting to listen to it again and again.
I hope we all won't have to wait as long for her next CD.

On my way from Huston to OKC, I heard Renee for the first time. Disk jockey didn't give her name or the name of the album the song was from. It took a while to find her searching new artists on Amazon. I have bought everything of her's since. Sings the old standards in the old style. Hard to beat.Free Music Review: quick delivery

Ordered 2 copies of this cd - both arrived in perfect condition and when promised. Heard some of the songs on this cd while shopping in Newport Rhode Island and they were very enjoyable. Renee has a wonderful, and unusual talent. No one sings "Summer Time" like her. Her phrasing is brilliant, especially in "You've Changed".
There's a "touch" of Janis Joplin in her style.
Great collection of songs, great taste in music, and great range. Loved "Midnight Man".
