Free Music Review: Ringo Starr's CD is good?

I do not have the time to write a full out review talking about every single song on this album. However, I just wanted to comment on how, believe it or not, this CD is actually good!! I bought it as a joke for my mom. Ringo is the useless Beatle, he can't release a good album. I WAS DEAD WRONG!And thankful for it too. I just bought myself a copy and would like to persuade anyone else to do the Music Review: Choose Ringo

The least respected member of the most famous band in the world, Ringo has once again delivered a solid and fun CD. His newest CD reflects the work of a Beatle that feels no pressure to deliver a new Beatle album. This is Ringo music. Every song a pleasure, every song deserving of a place on the disc. ps....Ringo's Christmas album is one of the best in the past five years. Keep on making music Richie!

Ringo Rama was much better. There are a 2 or 3 gems on this cd, but you will need to listen to pick them. Your Ringo collection would be incomplete without this, but that could very well be the only reason to buy it. I had hoped it would be as catchy and as memorable as I thought Ringo Rama was. I can say I was disappointed by it. Ringo can do much better. The bottom line is, if you are a fan, buy it.Free Music Review: Richard Starkly

RINGO STARR * CHOOSE LOVE is mediocre. Cliche-laden lyrics, Beatle song references (like the Bungalow Bill ending of "Oh My Lord"), and tons of sharp-cheddar cymbal do not a great album make. When the best thing about a CD is the booklet's artwork, there's a definite problem. The music's too dense, rhythms are Boom-chuck City and the songs forgettable. I've tried, but can't warm to this one.
