I only have a few Rise Against albums, but with their most recent release they show both growth, and a keen sense of writing. No longer are they just going to scream the lyrics at you, as they take time to really craft some melodies and show that they do have some singing talent. Now thats not to say every song is like the slow "Swing Life Away" off the previous album, in fact the only track that gets close to that laid back stripped down feel "Hero of War" is still a shot across the bow of the government and the war effort. Appeal to Reason is a good sign of things to come, and I hope their future outings go down this same road.Free Music Review: Old school Offspring meets Bad Religion with an additional dose of attitude and a meaning!!!

Watch your speed limit with this one in the player of your vehicle!!! The CD opens with lightning riffs and melodic harmonies. This CD is my first of Rise Against and will definitely not be my last. I love the whole CD, but my faves are Collapse (track 1), Re-education Through Labor (track 3), Kotov Syndrome (track 5), From Heads Unworthy (track 6), Entertainment (track 9), Savior (track 11) and Whereabouts Unknown (track 13). The other songs are nice fills between these hand picked few. I found myself listening to the whole CD twice before I realized it had repeated.Free Music Review: tight well put together

really like this album i hear so much passion in everything these guys do. I like all of their albums i dont know why people keep calling them pop.I guess if you dont scream in everything you do your wrote off as pop music. This is the third album of Rise Against that I've bought. From the beginning to end they always have great tracks that you never have to skip through and this album isn't any different. Great for someone that likes Strung Out.Free Music Review: CD - Rise Against

I received the CD in perfect condition and sooner than expected. Searching the Amazon site for music is really easy, I love the fact that you preview all the songs before you purchase and review suggested CD's as well.
