Free Music Review: How long will this egomaniacal charm last?

According to my viewing history at Amazon, I have established myself as an avid Robbie fan. Well, I still love him immensely, yet the admiration does not prevent doubts from burgeoning in my heart.
Every Robbie fan is familiar with Robbie's magical spell to entertain people in his concerts. Sadly, as many reviewers commented below, the CD fails to show his finesse. I do not mind the loud crowd cheering or Robbie's self-absorbed talks since they rather lighten up the show, but Robbie's vocals sound really weak. His voice is hoarse and can hardly reach the high notes in the beginning; fortunately, he begins to sound better after "Mr. Bojangles," a song always fun to listen to. "Angels," as usual, is incredibly moving with the audience singing along with Robbie.
I do not recommend the CD highly due to its cliched elements and weak sound effect. The concert may represent what Robbie's typical concerts are like, but Robbie could have performed better if he had known that this was to be released as a live album. It is really irritating to hear him sound so terrible, probably have been taken away by the unprecedented large crowd. Therefore, I really start worrying that if Robbie did not provide his fans with something of better quality, his hubris would possibly make him flop.
I love you, Robbie! However, I need something to show others the value of adoring you, please... For viewers, do check out his "Live @ Royal Albert Hall DVD," and "The Robbie Williams Show," both are fantastic shows proving Robbie to be a born entertainer, as he himself stated at this concert.

Es incre?ble que una mega estrella de la m?sica mundial haya desperdiciado esta primera entrega en vivo, de su m?sica en un CD tan pobre. Lo primero que salta a la vista, es la lista de canciones.
Yo tengo el DVD What We Did Last Summer (el concierto de donde se grab? este CD) y definitivamente, en ese concierto se omiti? un grupo de canciones incre?ble: Millennium, Something Beautiful por mencionar s?lo dos.
En este CD no s?lo no est?n estas canciones (por no haber sido tocadas durante el concierto), sino que se han quitado otras tan buenas como ?stas. La mejor de todas: ROCK DJ no aparece en este disco! (inicialmente pens? que era una broma, y que estaba en el CD pero oculta entre "Feel" y "Angels", pero no fue as?). Tampoco figuran SUPREME, ni STRONG.
Por otro lado, el CD est? demasiado resumido, en el DVD podr?n encontrar di?logos m?s extensos entre Robbie y el p?blico, adem?s de ver el concierto, sobretodo las bailarinas (Kate y Nikky son realmente fabulosas!!!).
En conclusi?n, no compren este CD, mejor busquen el DVD: "What We Did Last Summer" y tendr?n m?s de lo que pueden obtener de este CD, que espero sea rectificado con otro CD en vivo pero con los m?ximos ?xitos de este genial cantante.
Free Music Review: EXCELENTE DISCO, PARA LA POSTERIDAD

El disco es muy bueno, pero sobre todo lo es el DVD (dura mas), el concierto comienza al atardecer y dura hasta la noche, esta lleno de emociones. Tiene todas las canciones buenas, Robbie se divierte, la gente se desviste, Robbie se besa con una chica, incluso por ahi se ven unas lagrimas de mucha gente. No les cuento, mas deben tenerlo!. Personalmente hubiese sido mas feliz si tocaban "win some lose some" (no la toca). Creo que como el mismo lo piensa, esta es una de las presentaciones mas espectaculares que todos debemos tener en CD, DVD, etc, etc y en nuestra mente por los siglos de los siglos amen.Free Music Review: Awesome album with some of the greatest hits of Robbie

If you are looking an album for the greatest hits of Robbie then go and get this album. Well I was not one of the lucky guys who could watch this concert live in knebworth but I am shore that each and every person would have got the worth for their money watching Robbie live in the concert.Free Music Review: GET THE DVD!!

Well, please do him a favor and get the DVD. It's called "What We Did Last Summer - Live at Knebworth" It's one of the best music DVDs ever. I got it via Amazon Market Place and it was worth every cent.The problem with this CD is it's lacking the visuals, that's why I recommend the DVD. His singing is good and the song selection covers most of his hits but a little too many Escapology songs for my taste. There is too much interruption, talking, jokes, etc, which may be a problem here but not when you watch it. I'm saying again, get the DVD, you won't regret it.
