Bob Kelly overcomes his physical handicaps and puts together one of the greatest 'special' comedy albums of our generation. From his recounting of his 'Make A Wish' dream coming true (getting to tour with Dane Cook)to his revelation of his chromosomal disorder that caused his large tongue and debilitating obesity. Coat tail riding aside, he does make even the hardest hearts chuckle as he pontificates about his health and limited physical activity.
Although he will never be considered more than a special person with a lower than average IQ, what he has put together here should be heralded as an inspiration for those living with Down Syndrome throughout the world. He has indeed proven those who said he could 'never do it' wrong. Kudo's to you Robert Kelly, and god bless you as you fight for your life against this horrible affliction.

I literally had to sit on the toilet, so I won't risk poopin' my pants to laughter. Caution: Make sure you not consume any meals containing fiber or the word "prune" on it. I have no regrets purchasing his album, and if you don't find him funny, then you seriously suffer from Lack of Sense of Humor Syndrome.

You get more than just the CD (which is hilarious from start to finish), you also get the 30 minute DVD copy of his Comedy Central special, and commentary from a number of his comedic cohorts. A GREAT purchase for any fan of the art of stand up comedy. As good as this stand up set is, I highly encourage everyone to go see Bobby live; as much as he kills in this recorded preformance, his live stand up is that much better with the crowd interaction and his ever-growing repertoire of material. Take my word for this, buy this CD/DVD and treat yourself to night of good natured, raw, self-deprecating, relatable, witty hilarity. And go see him live. Bobby, never let 'em "chum the waters".

The man who made the phrase "I broke my knee man!" a pop culture sensation has finally connected with something other than a cheeseburger. Bob may puke at the drop of a hat, but he eats enough to make up for it. Cut him a break and buy this disc. If you enjoy raucous laughter, embarrasing stories and slightly mis-timed punchline delivery, you will not be disapointed. MUCH funnier than his comedic pimp Dane Cook who has undeservedly enjoyed comedic success which should only be reserved for the likes of Bob, and lil' Jimmy of course. I've been a fan since I first heard him on Opie & Anthony years ago, and this set just nails it. Sure, there's lots of foul language, but that just adds to the experience, in my opinion. Thoroughly hilarious from start to finish.
Including a DVD of the "making of" is a great idea as well. The section with Bobby and Colin Quinn especially made this a great deal. I laughed so hard at the ice cream cone bit, too, 'cause I can relate. Someday I hope to catch a live set, because I know I won't go away disappointed.
