This is an excellent sleep aid. Although my sleeep problem had not been fallng asleep, I find this CD helps me fall into a deeper sleep. Although I have experienced periods of wakefulness during the night, using this CD has meant that the wakefulness is far less. I went from 40-50% wakeful to 5-15% wakeful. It is very seldom now that I get out of bed during the night. Highly recommended.Free Music Review: works like a charm

I ordered this product because I was having trouble getting to sleep. I did not want to rely on sleeping pills. This CD is wonderful and does exactly what it claims to do. Thanks to my gift to myself I now have a restful night.

I have had problems sleeping for years. This CD has really helped me. I really like the narrators tone on voice. I find it extremely calming and quieting. It really settles my nerves and helps me fall into sleep. I also like to listen to it just to relax in general. It is a very little price for more piece of mind. I plan to get one for all my friends.
