Writing music reviews is out of my spectrum but I have to speek out about this incredible CD. I never liked techno until I saw this movie, as a matter of fact I went out and bought it right after seeing the movie. The director of Run Lola Run is not only a talented movie maker but an incredible musician as well. The music on this CD (especially the "casino" track) strikes at the heart of every percussionist with intense beats and sound effects. If you normally are not a techno fan I would give this a try, or at least see the movie. My hat goes off to both.Free Music Review: My Favorite Album!

People are making much of the repetitiveness, but if you think back to the movie, it was the same chunk of time being played out three times with variations on the timing and outcomes, just like the themes to three segments of the movie that are on the album. Basically the same, but different. Anyway, I ordered the CD the day after I saw the movie and played it and played it and played it. It was the only thing I listened to for weeks and weeks and I did not get tired of hearing it. I couldn't get enough! The 'Run Lola Run' soundtrack is perfect for working out, in my opinion. I could definitely run laps around the track at the gym to this kind of music, because it's very upbeat and fast. And if you've seen the movie, then you'll have an image of Lola running, so it's very inspiring. Yes, it is repetitive as some other reviewers have pointed out, since a lot of the tracks are different remixes of the same thing, but if you're doing something else to the music, you won't notice it too much.Free Music Review: Intelligent techno!

The first time I heard this music was at an airplane from Singapore to Paris. It was almost dark in the cabin, only a couple of passengers were awake and watching a movie on the back of the chair. Me too, and the move was Run Lola Run. I was hypnotized and had to watch the movie again. Even if the movie is great by itself, it is the music which really makes it work. Intelligent techno with terrific beats and punch, and with a lot of tasteful details. This is electronic music at it's best!Free Music Review: The Best Soundtrack Ever!!

The movie Run Lola Run has got to be one of the best and one of the most original movies ever made, so naturally you would expect the soundtrack to be just as good, and, you would be right. The Run Lola Run soundtrack is excellent. Just sitting down and listening to the soundtrack you can visualise the entire movie. All of the songs are wonderful and very, very, very energizing. Buy this album! Whether you use it to play at your party or just to listen to, you will be glad you bought it.
