ruth copeland was on invictus she worked with parliament on both her albums and she alsio sang and wrote a few tracks on osmium I can see how shje clicvked with gc and the crew she was just as weird as p funk was. the best songs are the ones she played with funkadelic like don't you wish you had it, the medal, your love has been good to me, I got a thing for you daddy, play with fire, and a few more the more laid back tunes are just as strange the original silent boatman parliament would remake this along with child of the north, william in the night soulful album funkadelic gets much props for making it a even more psychecdelic experience ruth would do a third album and then leave the music industry period heading back to europe I have yet to learn the deal with that was she stoned, did she go crazy? anyway all p funk fans shoyuld enjoy this even those who can't get enough of eddie hazel's wickede axe and bernie worrell has his moments too.
