Free Music Notes for CardinologyFree Music Review: A Masterpiece Hit: 5 Stars
After reading a couple reviews from fans who cite that they are devout fans, I cant understand how a fan can offer a poor review of this album. I have followed R. Adams since his days in Whiskeytown and this album ranks as definately one of his best in my opinion. It is on the same level as his other exceptional efforts of Stangers Almanac and Cold Roses. I loved Cardinolgy from my first listen. I cannot say that about Heartbreaker, Easy Tiger or Love is Hell. There was not learning curve on this album, it is brilliant from the first track.
Standout tracks are Go Easy, Natural Ghost and Sink Ships.
Free Music Review: Cardinology Soars To New Heights Hit: 5 Stars
I've just recently discovered Ryan Adams and have been soaking up as much of his meterial as possible. He has gone through a systematic progression from his roots as an Alternative Country figure to quite a polished and complicated songster. Cardinology, I believe is his best work to date. The intertwined lyrics and complex subject matter make for very intrigueing listening. All in all excellent meterial. If you've heard Ryan Adams in th past and weren't too impressed, give Cardinology a try. Another good one is "Love Is Hell"

Free Music Review: Cardinology Is An Instant Classic Hit: 5 Stars
You would be hard pressed to find a more avid fan of Ryan Adams. I have long followed his work as a solo artist and as the frontman for The Cardinals.
Cardinology in my opinion is one of the best albums Adams has ever been involved with. Although completely different sylistically from Cold Roses and Jacksonville City Nights, this album ranks right along side those two as the best.
A must have for any fan of Adams, and anyone wanting an introduction can jump right in and enjoy.
Free Music Review: His first solid complete work Hit: 5 Stars
I own every Ryan Adams cd, but this one stands out. This cd flows between 12 songs and each one of the tracks fit together. Every track is great, almost like a greatest hits. His previous cds had moments of greatness, but this is an extended moment. Don't give up on Ryan Adams yet, I almost did. I realize now that his best music is not behind him, but right in front of him.
1. Cardinology
2. Love is Hell
3. Demolition
4. Gold
5. Rock N Roll
Free Music Review: Best Ryan Adams since Gold Hit: 5 Stars
This album really grows on you. "Magick" is a wonderful anthem for those of us who grew up making out to 33 RPM disc. Being interupted every twenty minutes to change records may have saved a few unwanted pregnancies. The pedal steel on "Born Into A Light" is also balm for the soul.
If you like Ryan, Gram, or Willie, buy this record.
