I was fortunate enough to get to listen to an advance copy of this cd and it immediately became one of my favorite CDs in this genre. Mr. Angel is clearly lifting his voice to the Lord, and I respect that, but his songwriting is kind of weak. He has a lovely voice, and he uses it well, but the material leaves a great deal to be desired. The final song, a duet with a gorgeous soprano, is the reason I bought this album and I still can't get enough of it, but the rest of the album is quite bland.
