Five years has passed since the release of "Sacred Spirit", in which authentic American Indians' songs, connected with modern intsrumentations, which created a special "ambient" decoration, were presented. That album has won an enormous recognition, and it has given a start to a whole wave of the similar projects, and was released by a many million copies.
And now we can enjoy continuation of this original work, performed on the highest professional level, like the first project. Guttural, very melodic, and at the same time fascinating singing of the Indians are on the "Sacred Spirit II" merged together with modern technogenic-electronic music, which emphasizes the songs of Native Americans, filled with mysticism and some incredibly ancient unearthly harmony. Wisdom and Cosmic spirit are at present in the American Indians tunes. In these guttural, singing sounds you are as if hearing the calling of unknown lands, being left not long ago by Space messengers, having come by some unknown reason to this mislaid planet...
Now in the United States one can observe a considerable growth of the interest to the Indian culture. This year the Native Americans succeeded to get Grammy for the first time. Last years were released many remarkable albums with Indians' music. But among all these works "Sacred Spirit" and its continuation stand out due to their perfect sounding and ideal combination of modern music with authentic Indian singing. Samples are used here very correctly and string instruments harmonize music and bring in it romance and tenderness.
What do the Indians sing about? «Land of Promise», «The Spirit», «That Noble Dream» - here are the names of some album compositions. These songs touch our souls, and nobody will be left indifferent. Besides, here is an interesting fact: a part of profit from the album release will be contributed to the Native American Rights Fund, which is engaged in rehabilitation of the legal rights of Native Americans.
