Free Music Review: Simply The Best

This recording is quite simply the most beautiful album I have ever heard. The amazing voices of these two talented singers blend and compliment each other perfectly. The arrangements and instrumentation on each song never overshadow what the beautiful vocals are doing, rather they enhance them. Every song is great.
Some music is so beautiful that it causes one to ache inside. Not a painful ache, but that ache that touches ones heart and soul in a wonderful way. I hope these two will see fit to do another album. I've searched for something comparable but can't find anything close. Do yourself a favor and get this cd. It's as close to perfection as anything I've ever heard. (and I'm no spring chicken)

Some buyers might dismiss this duo as a female Il Divo, but this album proves that they can sing anything - with incredible range, depth and feeling. Their voices are crystal clear and beautiful. Their mix of songs range from "O Del Mio Dolce Ardor" to "Dust in the Wind," and from the lullaby rocking rhythm of "Sleepsong" to the rhythmic pulses of "Stabat Mater."
Among my other favorites: "Una Furtiva Lagrima," "Tiem" (to the tune of Bach's "Air on a G String"), and "Fields of Gold."
Excellent CD - and highly recommended.

This is the most incredible cd that I have ever heard. The harmonies are beautiful and each song leaves you wanting more. Opera has never sounded so good to the mainstream ear. From the opening track of Fade Out, which has this incredible build up in the middle, to the sweet and simple acoustic ending track of Close Your Eyes, the entire CD is a joy to listen to. The more you hear this cd, the more that you will find to love about it.

This CD is incredible. Several songs are familiar and yet done so craftfully and beautifully they sound new and refreshing. The harmonies are impeccable and like another reviewer said, leave you wanting more.
I love opera, and I love "New Age" arrangements -- this is a bit of a crossover. I am also very picky about voices -- you can't get a fake vibrato past my ear and these ladies' voices are excellent. Please make more CDs together!!
