Free Music Notes for Schoolhouse Rock! RocksFree Music Review: listen and you mind grows flowers Hit: 5 StarsThis is such a cool album. Some of these artists stay really close to the original songs, like Ween, and some make some fairly big departures, like Pavement. High points are Little Twelvetoes, Verb, I'm Just a Bill, well pretty much everything excepting Biz Markie's Energy Blues. He has no business singing. So buy this CD. It's a rare opportunity that you know all the words before you even buy the CD!
Free Music Review: pavement Hit: 5 Starspavement, blind melon (especially pave) do a great job of keeping the original charm of the song while infusing it with their own sound some other good ones r goodness and the lemonheads
Free Music Review: Your favorite childhood songs all over again Hit: 5 StarsWhat more is there to say, It's a great CD with the best songs
Free Music Review: A fun cd to listen to. Hit: 5 StarsI loved this cd, and think that the fact that these songs are not note-for-note covers makes it all that much more fun. I think Roni Sarig's (Amazon's reviewer) generalization about an entire generation based upon this one CD is ignorant, uncalled for, and shows that she's out of touch with what it meant to grow up in the 70's.
Free Music Review: Best Rock Music! Hit: 5 StarsI think this CD is a treat for all SCHOOLHOUSE ROCK lovers. My favorite track is "THE TALE OF MR. MORTON". I think I will have to buy it [my teacher plays it in class!]!
