Free Music Review: Awesome Album back to Classic Roots!
Hit: 5 Stars

Eye II Eye (1999) was a creative album with the radio hit "Mysterious" but still lacked the hardcore rock roots and I think the band was forgotten afterwords. My all time favorite album so far is the Crazy World (1990) ablum which had the major one hit "Wind of Change" which was played on MTV a lot. Pure Instinct (1996) was decent album with a few riffs that I liked which kept me loyal to the band. Another note on Eye to Eye II was its minor setback to where I didn't know where the band was headed. Its tracks in the album were trying to be too hip hop or something but lost. I was disapointed on this album where I thought the band was gone. However, I had a gut feeling when I heard about this latest album that I knew that the band resurrected to its old 80's rock riffs, and so far I am happy with its results and my money well spent. I like the new album now and it rocks!

Free Music Review: Deadly venom!
Hit: 5 Stars

I got this CD as a gift from a friend and just had the opportunity to hear it today. There have been many bands who have enjoyed success, tried new and different approaches to their music and then returned to their roots. Fortunately, the Scorpions is one of those bands. I distinctly remember this band from the 1980s with their songs "Rock You Like a Hurricane" and "No One Like You" and much of the songs on this album match the style of their 80s sound that defined the Scorpions and their style of music. Unfortunately, this album got scant radio play and coverage when it was released. However, do not let the minimal coverage keep you from getting this. Despite 3 songs on this CD I didn't like, this is an excellent album and should be noted as a little-known CD that has good quality rock songs. Kudos to the Scorpions for returning to the heavy metal sound that made them great!

Free Music Review: 5 stars for a scorpions album clever catchy melodies
Hit: 5 Stars

Have you ever wondered what older artist do when they have competition coming from the younger artists?
Well this CD proves that the Scorpions can have fun and make heavy music. And stand out as still original. Also this is a must for long time Scorpions fans. I thought this CD breathed fresh air from all the grrrrrrrrr you hear in heavy music these days.
Personally I thought that the choruses were rather clever.
The Scorpions did not ask "Are fans going to like this?" You can tell they just did it. I think it was rather clever material considering todays trendy prejudice music industry.
Also to note Klaus Mein's voice was cool. He sings (kind of ) liike he did in the 70s! Funny but you should hear this. Of course the band does sound modern with the guitars dirtied up.
But the songs are fun. And there is no cliche. Its totally a Scorpions CD.

Free Music Review: Bad Boys Running Wild Again
Hit: 5 Stars

WOW. This album ROCKS. And it does so with style.

Scorpions has entered it's 30th aniversary and yet this album might just be their best ever.

This very melodious and well-engineered title contains all the elements of a solid rock album. After listening to it for a couple of times, one can easily sing along with most of the songs.

It is noteworthy that the album is recorded live in the studio, i.e. the band recorded all tracks while performing together.

Klaus Meine vocal is impeccable and cannot find a better companion than Schenker's guitar. And to top that, the drum is purely out of this world.

Scorpions fans will undoubtly love this album. Overall, if you are into heavy rock, this one won't disappoint you. Add it to your old collection of Asia, Kansas, AC/DC, or Ritchi Blackmore's Rainbow.

Free Music Review: Scorps have come full circle!
Hit: 5 Stars

As I've gotten older (36 years old) I usually have to listen to a new cd several times before making a decision on whether I like it. Despite the fact that I am a die-hard Scorps fan I had to do the same with this new cd. I am a sattelite radio subscriber and have listened to that for the past couple of years and OCCASIONALLY listened to a favorite CD now and then....however...for the last couple of weeks I have ONLY listened to UNBREAKABLE. The more you listen to it the more you appreciate the little things that the Scorps do with their music that make you love it - outside of the overall presentation/sound of each song. If you have doubts, go to their official website and listen/watch the UNBREAKABLE Special Video - and you'll see why you need to buy this album and support the band!
