I was always a fan of Seals and Crofts and their unique sound. They dared to be different and they had the talent, thoughtfulness and intelligence worthy of respect. I hope in the future they will release their entire catalogue on cd, or at least a comprehensive greatest hits collection. Only Seals and Crofts could pull off such extensive use of the mandolin, when no one else in pop music was using that instrument. I think their best album by far was "Diamond Girl". Every song on that album was outstanding. It yeilded the hits Diamond girl and we may never pass this way again, which are both included here. Every song on this greatest hits collection is a well crafted gem and I think this album deservers 5 stars for originality, creativity and great songs. By the way, Summer Breeze, in my mind, is the greatest summer song in rock history.Free Music Review: Simply unique

When I origially got this CD it was for one song. After I heard the whole CD that one song was just one of their great songs. Not one song on this CD is bad. Seals and Crofts sound is still fresh and new as it was in the 70's. This CD is worth owning. Even my 12 year old loves it.Free Music Review: A good starter CD

This is a good compilation if you have good memories of Seals&Crofts on the radio in the 70s.It has most of their best remembered songs,like "diamond girl","summer breeze","hummingbird"and"we may never pass this way again".So if you long to hear some good old Seals&Croft but dont want to squander alot of money on all their releases then this is a good CD to start with!
