It's very complete and Selena's unique voice adds a great touch to the ballad, pop, techno, cumbia, bolero, and ranchero songs in this posthumous and crossover album. ~See how hard it is to review someone who you loved so much and passed away? Well, I'm not going to go on about Selena's beauty because this is an album review, you'll just have to pardon how passionate her fans are about her, especially due to the fact we can't bring her back, so whenever there's a space to talk about Sel, forget it!..We just wanna'express ourselves!..and forgive us!~
This album is a collector's item for anyone who can appreciate true talent such as that of Janet Jackson or Madonna, but with a latin-american vibe.

selena's album dreaming of you is like one of her best ones.It was very sad to see her go like that her sence of style and humor was great!about dreaming of you,well dreaming of you is like one of my favorite songs of hers and so is bidi bidi bom bom , and alot others i wish i would have been old enough to go to her last concert that would of been my one favor. selena is my idol and always will be she is also in every ones hearts today where ever she may be we all still lover her like crazy well i do anywayz selena is very talented and pretty you are one luck person if you were famous for your music for your style and for your looks just like her!! i wish that i was beautiful like selena was i would be one lucky person!!! Selena had a remarkable voice. This CD is wonderful because you get a taste of both sides, Latin and English. The feeling that Selena put into all of her music is captivating. Even if you don`t speak a word of Spanish you will love this CD and find yourself trying to sing along. This was to be Selena's long awaited "cross-over" entry into the American pop element. Had she lived, the two songs that were released to air play would have surely catapulted her to fame. Unfortunately, she never lived to see that day. Selena was born and raised in Texas. And while she was truly Mexican-American, she only spoke English until her father decided that it would be better for her to sing in Spanish, and thus attract the attention of their fellow Tejano. It was a success, albeit not overnight. Selena would become the most sought-after Tejano star this country had ever seen. And then she was struck down by her fan club manager, who is now serving a life sentence. This cd was the first to be purchased by those of us who had never heard of Selena, and it is a showcase not only of her rising stardom, but also of the foundation by which it was made possible in the first place.
