I just picked up my copy today and very reluctuntly mind you. After buying the acoustic album buy Godsmack that I was not impressed at all with, I was not sure about this. Glad that I got it though, I haver never heard a acoustic album rock like this one does. Lajon is singing with a lot of emotion and the guitars are awesome, and don't forget the bass and drums. All the songs on here are awesome, if i had to pick one favorite as of right now it would be "Rumble Fish" they go off in that song. If you are a fan of Sevendust you will love this album (or should) If you are a new comer check out thier back catolog to get a appreciation of how hard theses guys rock out. Anyways just wanted to say that I love this CD and recomend it to everybody. Go get you copy. Have not seen the DVD yet since I bought this before work and have been listening to it here at work. Ok, so I haven't heard the CD yet, but I saw them on their acoustic tour. It was right before Seasons came out, and at the show they had a deal that if you preordered the new cd, they gave you a poster and you could go back and meet them and they would sign it. My poster looks like the cover of Southside Doublewide. My friend convinced me to go to the show, and I was very skeptical. It was a really wonderful surprise. I really enjoyed the show. Sevendust are really great guys. They actually talked to us and didn't try to rush us through or anything. Lajon even asked me my name so he could sign the poster to me. I have nothing but respect for these guys and I catch them every time they come around. If you like a good mosh pit, go to a Sevendust show.Free Music Review: who knew

I will say, when I heard the Seasons Cd I could not believe how corporate it sounded. It was clean, but there was no soul. This album makes up for that. I even now appreciate Seasons more. However, this album is the essential acoustic album of this time. Our time has the nu-metal sound, but this is more than that. Let's not forget this band was one of the first (in terms of their sound). They were a head of their time, but the world seemed to of caught up. Wrong!!! This band has just lifted the bar a little higher. Godsmack could not pull it off, Korn could not attempt it. Hell, even a vet such as Zakk Wylde failed to have created an aucoustic album such as this. Get it. Wait till the right moment, and dive in!!!Free Music Review: Awesome

I love this cd, it was great to put this out. It is something different from what you have heard from sevendust before, but i like it alot. My favorite songs are Trust, Too Close to Hate, and Black. If you have never heard of sevendust, you dont know what you are missing, they are the best band out there. I wish they would have done Live Again acoustic because that is my favorite sevendust song. But you have love sevendust this is a must have. The DVD is cool, because it is the performance of the show. And there are cool postcards inside. Even if you are not a big fan i would check it out.Free Music Review: Dang...Thats some talent!

I havent even heard the entire album, but from the 8 tracks ive heard, i know this is good! When i first saw "Rumblefish" was on this album, i was like... "How in the hell are they gunna do that w/ acoustic guitars?". I heard it, and i was amazed! I loved the NIN cover (well...although ive only heard 1 song from them- not even this one). This album only proves how much talent Sevendust has, and its good that they finnaly released some sort of live CD. This CD is best when you feel like relaxing, but listening to Sevendust!
