i got this cd yesterday being a huge sevendust fan and was pleasently suprised. i wasnt expecting much out of this cd, but boy was i shocked, it came with a bunch of pictures, a sevendust pick, the cd and dvd with the acoustic preformance on it. all the songs are great and a stand out for me is the tribute to johnny cash "hurt" so if you consider yourself even a little bit of a sevendust fan buy this, you wont be disappointedFree Music Review: New Idea

This was a great idea by Sevendust to record a live acoustic concert and then release a CD/DVD combo package. The set also comes with 20 pictures of the band playing live as well as a guitar pick. As far as the music, Lajon is noticeably nervous at first but very quickly is back to form. I think this CD shows how talented Sevendust really is and I recommend it to all of their fans. We all know how great these guys are at putting out killer hard rockin', head bangin' songs worthy of loosing all controll in a mosh pit, however with their acoustic sound is just as good as their more "hardcore moments". This cd brings out a soft side of the atlanta rockers and shows that they are capible of re-doing heavy songs and makeing them just as good light. chek it out!! it's worth the money!!!!!Free Music Review: great intro to an amazing band...

I took a chance on SD after hearing the song seasons, and figured the best way to start with them was through their Live Acostic CD/DVD. I'm SOOOOO glad i did. Skeleton Song is one of the most amazing things I've ever heard, and other standouts like Bitch, Prayer and Xmas Day add to Southside Doublewide's Greatness. If you haven't yet heard of SD, you must get this CD first. It will change your life...Free Music Review: Great stuff!

This is an all around great pickup. CD, DVD, & plenty of other junk for the sevendust fan. Notice I said fan. If you are an occasional sevenduster this isn't for you. If you are then you will be very pleased. Clint Lowery is a great musician and is more vocally talented then I thought. Lajon pours his soul into all the songs and the whole cd/dvd is a great experience.
