During my personal time with the Lord, I was listening to Praise is What I Do (the song) and I was impressed to go online and buy the album. I read all the comments, and I gathered that there was a lot of speaking in tongues on the album. I wasn't sure I was comfortable with that because I come from a religious tradition that does not espouse the Biblical view of unknown tongues (i.e., uttering mysteries in the Spirit, 1 Cor. 14). Over the past six or seven months the Spirit had been giving me the gift of tongues, but I had rejected it as being something strange and demonic. So I was scared to get the album. Anyway, I got it and the Lord impressed me to listen to both disks and and to worship along. Even though I was scared, I began to worship along. By the fourth song of the first CD I was on the floor in worship and speaking in tongues. The second CD brought me to an even deeper level of worship, love, and intimacy with God. Now when I listen to my other worship CD's, I say, "that's cute." Because Shekinah Glory Ministries is doing the real thing. I don't listen to it all the time because I have to be mentally and emotionally prepared for intimacy with God. Sometimes I just don't want to be very intimate with God. But when I do, I pop in this album. Even though the prophetic ministry on the first CD may seem unnecessarily loud, it has encouraged me on days when I am extremely depressed. Sometimes I don't know what to do when I'm down, and I just put in the first CD. Pastor Rose Harper has really encouraged me with her words from the Lord and I thank God for her ministry and for all the other worshippers who took part in this phenomenal album. If you know about God but do not love Him, if you need to experience the love and power of God, if you want to know what it is to have a real passion for God, then this album is for you.
