I teach yoga classes and choose to play this CD during my classes so often that I have just about worn out it out! The pace is perfect for an hour or 1 hour and 15 min. class in that the first couple of tracks start out slow, then the pace picks up, and finally the last few tracks slow down just in time for Savasana. It makes for the perfect background music. My students enjoy it so much that many have bought the album for their own use. I highly recommend this CD! Free Music Review: Wow!

Love it. As a big fan of the Yoga Shakti DVD practice, this is the perfect way for me to connect with those blissful moments off the mat. I like to play it while doing household chores and sometimes bust into an impromptu Yoga Trance Dance. I own Shiva's DVD "Yoga Shakti" and loved the soundtrack, which is what led me to buy this CD. It's perfect for your home practice (just put the CD in and go) or for just hanging out (I like to play it while cooking). :o)
