Free Music Review: Another Band That Can't Duplicate Previous Magic

A good cd...not great....not sounding like the Shooting Star of old, which I really liked. For those with a more open mind than mine, it's probably better than passable melodic rock.

The Shooting Star Story Began One Winter Day in 1960 When 5-year-old Ron Verlin Moved Into 5-year-old Van Mclain's Neighborhood in Suburban Kansas City. They Lived One Block Apart from Each Other and Became Good Friends. After Watching 1964 Beatles Appearance at Ed Sullivan's Show, Ron and Van Started Taking Music Lessons and Formed their First Band with their Brothers. Thus the Shooting Stars were Born.
