I love this soundtrack! I felt it was very representative of the movie. It was a wonderfully eclectic compilation of songs that just make you feel good. The opening tune by the Counting Crows, which also opened the movie, is infectious rock. I also really enjoyed the remake of "Funkytown" and the songs from the movie. Jennifer Saunders is remarkably talented. I love her version of "Holding Out for a Hero" and who can't smile at the Disney-parody "The Fairy Godmother Song"? The line about the bichon frise cracks me up every time!

this movie was awsome and the music was equally awesome! all the music was well placed and they only put music from the movie on the soundtrack! a thing not many movies do but it makes people already familiar with the music! i like all the songs but my fave is accidently in love. i highly suggest this soundtracvk to everyone. even if you didn't like the movie. I enjoyed this CD very much. It is rather diverse and has many different types of music on here. The best track is Holding Out For A Hero by Frou Frou and for comedy, Livin' La Vida Loca with of course Donkey (Eddie Murphy) and Puss-N-Boots (Antonio Banderas. I am a big David Bowie fan however but was dissapointed by the cover of Changes. I enjoyed his vocals but Butterfly Boucher is atrocious. One of the worst female voices I have heard in a long time.
