I bought this album when it came out back in 1990, and have been listening to it pretty much continuously ever since. Were I stranded on the proverbial desert island, this is the album I would have to take with me. Full of passion, intelligence and grace, this is hands down my most favorite album of all time. I cannot think of an artist who more fully expresses the pain, beauty, and mystery of just being human--Thank you, Sinead.
