Too Dark Park is everything Skinny Puppy could do. As other have stated, this is industrial music at its greatest. There is really no way to describe this album. I have listened to this album at least once a week for almost 15 years. I crave it. It is not commercial and it may not be music to some people. But it is the most appriciated collection of organized noise every created. Skinny Puppy made every other band labeled as 'industrial' look like idiots playing chess. I've been a fan of Skinny Puppy for many years. My first taste was their VivisectVI album. It was love at first listen. Their more recent releases didn't quite capture the dark experimental angst that I was accustomed to. So I backtracked to the Too Dark Park album.
This album is everything I enjoyed about the artist. It was similar to the style I fell in love with on the VivisectVI release. Experimental techo goth feel that made me long for another album of this caliber.
This is a must buy for anyone that enjoyed the darker and more experimental side of the artist.

this CD is very tasty, it is over the world that i am away from it. only then will i find it. It's not what you find out about, but only what you don't know. When you climb to the top of a mountain, keep climbing. This is a "Rivetting" work of art. It pounds your brain and is riddled with darkness and slight pierces of light. Nature's Revenge. Morpheus Laughing. Nuff Said. Long live the kings of Industrial Music. Listen to Wolf Eyes and Einsturzende Neubauten as well. You should like that if you like this. Released in 1990, this album was ahead of its time (it might still be). I recommend purchasing this disc with a good pair of head phones. The industrial sampling is incredible, creating a soundscape of sonic sound that will leave you speechless. Some consider this the most "pure" industrial album ever created, and certainly one of the best! I can't stress enough how good Too Dark Park really is, nothing sounds like it, nothing comes close.Free Music Review: Beautiful.

I bought Too Dark Park recently, and I think this is one of the best albums I have ever listened to. A friend pointed me towards buying it, and I won't regret this purchase - it was worth every penny. If you're thinking of industrial and don't know what to buy - get this CD, it's killer and you have to agree with me on this.
