This another one of my favorite classic releases from Slayer. I brought it somewhere in the summer of 1995. At this tme, my Slayer collection was very limited. So when I got around to buying this EP, I brought and took it home to give it a listen only to find out like always that Slayer always rules.
Now before my review, I need to talk about something that is very important. The reason that I'm bringing this up is so that there is no confusion. There are 2 different copies of this EP in existence. The first one is the triditional one with only the 3 basic songs which are Chemical Warefare, Captor Of Sin and Haunting The Chapel. That version is long out of print and can only be found as a collectable in places like E-bay and mayby here on Amazon.com. The other version that I'm talking about is that version with the 3 basic songs along with an old song called Aggressive Perfector as a bonus song. This is the version that I have and this is the version that I will review.
Now for my review. This is the second release from Slayer and like any other Slayer release, it always delivers rather it's from the past, present or future. This is not an album. This is only an EP of 3 songs with an old song as a bonus but even though it's not a full-lingth album, it's still killer because it's Slayer. The songs here are pretty much in the vain of Show No Mercy. It's still evil, satanic, hellish, heavy, brutal, intense, Slaytanic thrash metal but more improved. Every song here is awesome. My favorite song here is Haunting The Chapel. Buy this EP and you'll be haunted by Satan for the rest of your life.
