snoop dogg is tha shizznitt and this is definatly his best album .oldskool snoop doggy dogg albums are better, in my opinion, than his new stuff, which is quite mediocre compared to when he was at his bestFree Music Review: THE DOGGFATHER WOULD PUT OUT A DEBUT THAT WOULD LIVE ON TO BE HIS GREATEST ALBUM EVER.

KIDS WHAT IS GOING TO BE FIRST ON YOUR BIRTHDAY OR CHRISTMAS LISTS THIS YEAR, CORRECT SNOOP DOGG'S "DOGGYSTYLE". The rap legend puts out a classic cd, one that would be loved many, many years after its release. Five stars for Doggystyle, no wait ten, twenty, ect... This album is filled with amazing beats, great rhymes, and more amazing lyrics. There are countless classics on this once a career cd. I'll cut straight to the point and let you see my personal top five favorites, which is quite hard in a cd like this.
1. Who Am I( What's My Name)- Obviously the dominating track on this cd, decent length, amazing tune, beats, lyrics, and more. This song has it all.
2. Gin and Juice- In my opinion the second best track on "Doggystyle", yet could probably hold the number one spot on almost any other cd. Great Beat, that's what really makes this song good, and very good lyrics also.
3. Tha Shiznit- Another well put together song, lengthwise, and the rhythm in this song, amazing.
4. The G Funk Intro- A beat that is somewhat similar to "Tha Shiznit", this song has a nice catchy beat.
5. Doggy Dogg World- In my opinion not near as good as the first four in my order but definetly nothing that will let you down. This is another great track, that almost sounds a little softer than other tracks on the album.
Those are my top five. But i still think the whole album should get good recognition. I have been lucky enough to actually meet the legend Snoop Dogg himself, and I can tell you that this man worked hard on this album. I hope what i have told you here will help persuade you to get the album. Five stars up for "Doggystyle".
This would be a Rap album that would go down in history. This had a countless amount of singles, with songs that would get played on the radio 15 years later. Many people do not understand the power of this album.
People listen up. If you loved this album, and want something just like it, don't just go out and buy another Snoop album, although that wouldn't be a bad idea. GO OUT AND BUY THE CHRONIC BY DR. DRE WHICH FEATURES SNOOP IN OVER 1/2 THE SONGS, AND IS JUST ABOUT AS HOT AS THIS ALBUM. Please if you want don't forget to read and grade my other reviews, if you would like.

Free Music Review: An all-time classic.

Where can you start a review on this album, it is an absolute classic and maybe my favourite album of all time. There is not a bad track on the album, it is one of the few albums i have, that i can listen through from start to finish without skipping a track. The production on this album is amazing, in my opinion this is Dre's finest work in his career, and even 12 years on, it does not sound dated at all. Unfortunately for Snoop, this album was so good that he could never hope to live up to this again, and people will always compare all his other albums to this, which is a bit unfair on him.
As I mentioned when I listen to Doggystyle I never skip a track, everything on here is great. My favourite tracks though would have to be, Gin & Juice which is one of the best songs of all time, Murder Was The Case, The Shiznit, Who Am I, Aint No Fun and Gz & Hustlas, all classics.
Any self respecting hip-hop listener should really already own this, but if not you should get this album now, you won't know what your missing otherwise.
