When watching the film "Somewhere In Time", a single strain of music is used throughout the film. Though that strain may be modified depending on the time and place, the theme is one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever heard. It is definitely worth a few bucks to purchase this CD, if only to hear that one haunting, inspiring theme over and over again to remind yourself of the film.Free Music Review: The music will stay with you forever

I can still remember trying to find the ALBUM after I saw the movie. It would instantly have me in tears for years after. Even now, 18 years later, when I listen to the cassette, I know exactly what rifts of music went with what scenes of the movie. The film itself was beautiful, but the music was breathtaking. Somewhere in Time is an exquisite piece of music. Each note is filled with sadness and forgotten joy. The notes together paint a haunting and melancholy scene of love lost. I have always loved this soundtrack and have it on vinyl yet....had to get a CD so I can wear that out also. The music takes me back to my favorite place to visit, Mackinac Island, where the Grand Hotel is located; bringing beauty and romance back to mind. I am not a great lover of Classical music but this is a must CD to own. Just don't daydream while driving....Free Music Review: One of the most romantic movie scores ever.

My wife first introduced this soundtrack to me when we were dating. Nothing reminds me of her as much as this soundtrack. It is a beautifully haunting score that pulls you in to another time. If you want to musically send a message of love to someone special in your life, this is with out a doubt the best CD in which to do just that. I can't recommend it enough.
