My two year old loves this cd. It's one of her favorites. Although we dont know a word they are saying we sing the words in a sound alike fashion. We have fun with it. If I want her to stop whining or crying I just put on this cd. She wipes her tears and begins to relax. My husband agrees...Children's music is more fun in French. This CD is so much fun and has a delightful vintage feel to it. It even has some songs I recognize so I can learn a few more French words. Liner notes with lyrics would be nice, but I'm guessing I can find the lyrics online somewhere if I'm really motivated.Free Music Review: great songs; great singer

many of the songs i remember from my childhood (i.e. frera jacka, sur le ponte de avignon, etc.) with beautiful mature woman's voice singing them. it is so easy for these things to go wrong, but this one dosen't. it is exactly what i want when i ordered it. it arrived in good shape and quickly. thanks mike.Free Music Review: No need to speak French; Just enjoy these wonderful tunes

My 20 month old daughter LOVES this CD. The French songs are classics and the music is interesting and fun. I highly recommend this CD to all parents who want to explore language early with their little ones. I bought this while my daughter was taking French immersion classes. We both love the songs--very fun and catchy tunes. Even if you don't understand French, you can't help but to love the energy, drama, and playfulness of the songs.
