My two and half years old daughter just can't have enough of this DVD. She watches it everyday since we got it a month ago. At first, she just watched it quietly. I was worried if this is too advanced for her. She also listens to the Sing With MeiMei VCD in the car. But then one day all of sudden she can almost sing Where are my Friends completely. Once she is not shy or scared to sing along with MeiMei, she quickly learned to sing A Family of Ducks, Pull the Carrot, Two Tiggers.....We also have MeiMei's Play and Learn DVD - NOT RECOMMENDED! It was MeiMei's early work, not fun at all. But this Dance and Learn DVD and the VCD are the best combination to teach your child Chinese.Free Music Review: Absolutely love it!!!

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and had to go an hour away for treatments. During that trip my adopted 4 year old daughter from Taiwan and I would listen to this cd. At first my daughter didn't really repeat anything but she did enjoy the songs. However, it didn't take long before one day out of the blue without the cd, she counted all the way to 10 in Chinese. So, we listened to the cd both going and coming from therapy for 6 weeks and it gave me so much joy to hear her begin to speak and sing in Chinese. Now we currently put into practice everything we've learned. I highly recommend this cd and hope that another cd just like it will follow.Free Music Review: bought these for my kids

I bought this CD to give my 3 and 5 year olds some exposure to a different language. They LOVE it and don't want to listen to anything else in the car. When we get home, they want to bring it inside to listen to it there. Same thing at Grandmas, we get there and my 5yr old wants to bring it in. Her favorite song is #10, the telephone song between a mother and her daughter. We've had the CD for 4 days and she has this song memorized. We keep this CD in the car and our children love to listen to Mei Mei! We have many of the DVDs (which are great too) but its really nice to have the CD and I have found that not only have our children learned a lot from listening to it but I have picked up quite a bit too!
Mei Mei's voice is clear and pleasant to listen to, the songs are fun and very cute and we all join in with repeating words back to Mei Mei!
Highly recommend!

Our four year old wants to listen to this cd and watch the Mei Mei dvds continually. She is absorbing the language from these products, which are relatively well produced and affective compared to the other Mandarin products available. There is no way we'll learn Mandarin like our daughter, but my wife and I find our selves humming these tunes, even when the cd and dvds are not playing, and it is driving us crazy.
