Free Music Review: I Want To Make You Holler!

I absoulutely adored the Spice Girls growing up. Honestly I had almost everything they put out. The album's Spice, Spice World, Forever, the movie, literally all the dolls, shirts, posters, the candy everything. Well in 2001 I decided the Spice Girls we're over and packed all my treasure's away. But this morning I found the box and all of the stuff. This album is my second favorite after Spice. The songs are a lot different than Spice and Spice World. They all look and sound way different. When Geri left I was heart broken because she was cool. Not my favorite because I loved Emma and Melanie B. The first single from the album was Holler which was a great track. Followed by Let Love Lead the Way sorta like a 2 Become 1 or Too Much sound. The track Goodbye was actually the first single for the girls excluding Geri who at the same time released her single Look At Me back in late 1998. Goodbye would have to be my favorite song and music video. I would reccommend this cd to any Spice Girl fan or just some one looking for a good cd to listen too.

I remember when the song "Holler" came out. How exciting was that??? I remember how I used to love the Spice Girls. I think the best song on this album would have to be Goodbye. It's just so sad. This album has more hip hop and r&b beats than their previous albums. Their previous albums sound much more fun to listen to.
1. Holler- I love this song. Very catchy and upbeat. 5/5
2. Tell Me Why-Ehhh...I'm not too crazy with this song especially the rap part. 3/5
3. Let Love Lead The Way- a pretty decent song. 4/5
4. Right Back At Ya- Cool song. I love it. 5/5
5. Get Down With Me-Nice song to dance to. 4/5
6. Wasting My Time- I like the electronic beats. 5/5
7. Weekend Love- I love this song. And when they're rapping with their English accents...it really cracks me up. 5/5
8. Time Goes By- Nice song for your boyfriend. Very beautiful and touching song. 5/5
9. If You Wanna Have Some Fun-Has that 90s sound to it. 5/5
10. Oxygen- It's like Let Love Lead the Way but better. 5/5
11. Goodbye- I love this song. It's best one yet!! It sounds so sad and empty. 6/5
I'll give this album 5/5. And I would recommend to any other fans out there.

I have to agree. You don'T find anything new here. And the Spice Girls try to copy Destiny'S child. But what do you expect them to do? I don't think they would be sucessful if they made another album like their first two. Not many people want to listen to that kind of music in this time.Holler: Great R n'B song. That'S the way the album sounds.
Tell me why: It'S true that they try to copy LEft eye'S voice in this song. But it's a nice Dance tune
LEt love lead the way: A spicey ballad.
right back at ya: The Comeback anthem. A song about friendship and Girlpower. But I don't really believe what they are singing after the things that happened. Anyway it'S a good song.
Get down with me: This dancesong is a filler
Wasting my tiem: The same goes with this one
Weekend love: Mel B throws a rap in this boring ballad. Nice idea but it doesn't help.
Time goes by: Big ballad. MEl C shines in this one.
If you wanna have soeme fun: That'S old school spice. A left over from their old album?
Oxygen: Another ballad about the one and only love in your life.
Goodbye: This doesn't really fit to the rest of the album. They relesed this song after Geri left the group.

Okay, when the girls first came out in '96 most people said that they wouldn't last. Then, they were all that people talked about. Teens and adults would listen to the radio all the time just in hope that they would hear a Spice Girls song. At the time all their songs were very bubblegum and that was ok. By the time Forever came out in 2000, music had become very r and b so the girls evolved. The songs were more edgy and daring. The first single "Holler" has a beat that you can't resist. I really like what Mel B. says in "Right Back At Ya" in her rap saying that "...We remember the days when we were all wannabes..." and "... A new generation of Spice we created..." because it's absolutely true.Then you have songs like If You Wanna Have Some Fun, Wasting My Time, and Get Down With Me that make you want to just get up and dance. People say I'm crazy for having all their albums but I wouldn't give them up for anything. Especially Forever. My favorite of the girls is Mel C. and I love that people who haven't heard her shine on her solo work can finally hear her potential on this album. If you're a true Spice Girls fan or just want a great CD, get this one.Free Music Review: Spice Girls are "Forever" and this album proves it!!

WOW! That's what I have to say about this new album!! I love every song and the lyrics are great....(they wrote them, just like they always did) I have always been a Spice Girls fan..from the very begining...and after Geri left (which for a lot of people thought that was the end of the Spice Girls) They moved on...instead of breaking up. I saw them perform at the Spiceworld tour in the summer of 98' and they did great without Geri...it was obvious that they never needed her anyway!...and this album proves that just because a minor person of the group left that it wasn't the end...and some of you critics out there did nothing but HARRASS them from the begining....when, now, they proved once again that they are more that just "one hit wonders" or that groups like theirs only get 15 minutes of fame...because if that was true..they wouldn't of made it this far. People who aren't Spice Girls fans should listen to this album to see how much their music has changed...give it a try...They all sound great on it..so, congratulations to them...I coulnd't even pick a favorite song on this album because they are all good!....thanx for reading....
