If you are truly a Staind fan, this is a must have. Staind has put together 16 awesome tracks from all 5 albums. They've also picked some great live accoustics. I have every Staind cd including "Tormented" and I love the songs they chose for this album. This is one that you can put into the cd player and listen to the whole thing!
