This is a great album!! People on here bitchin about a harder album can go listen to something else!! Staind has always been best with their slower tunes! This is a great album and Staind's best since Break The Cycle back in 2001. It seems like theyve gotten back on track after two lackluster albums in between. I'm very pleased with this album.

Great disk, Aarron and the boys do a great job of spilling there hearts out on dislay for everyone to hear once agian.
If you don't have this disk yet, get it, you wont be disapponted.
