Free Music Review: Rock meets country = the new power sound

I must start this off by saying I was never all that into country music. I listen to alternative rock bands such as Red Hot Chilli Peppers, The Strokes and Taking Back Sunday.
But I gave this CD a listen and was really impressed with it. It's just rock enough to be credible to a rock fan, and folksy enough to win over the country fan base with it's sweet tender harmonies, ernest catchy lyrics, and gritty guitar licks. I've always loved Michelle Branch's lyrics. She's very talented.
