Free Music Notes for EnchantedFree Music Review: No wonder it's called Enchanted! Hit: 5 Stars
If I were to put together a Stevie Nicks box set, this is how it would've turned out. Stevie's greatest hits are included (Stand Back, Edge of Seventeen - an amazing live version - Talk To Me) as well as many of her beautiful underrated songs (Bella Donna, Street Angel, Wild Heart). Still not convinced? This box set ALSO includes many b-sides and songs that were only available on soundtracks (Garbo, Violet and Blue, Sleeping Angel, Blue Lamp, Reconsider Me). One of the highlights is the GORGEOUS piano version of Rhiannon. This is a MUST HAVE for anyone who has every found themselves enchanted by the powerful music of Stevie Nicks!
Free Music Review: Worlds Greates Compilation Ever! Hit: 5 Stars
I have been listening to Stevie Nicks since I was a young boy. In fact, she may be only artist I remember from my childhood that I am not ashamed to admit (unlike the New Kids on the Block or Milli Vanilli). My very first CD I owned was The Other Side Of The Mirror. This collection is pactically 99.9% of all my favorite songs that I've ever heard. It is absolutely fabulous and a must have. It has every song for every emotion you can think of. I highly recommend this collection of enchanting music. (p.s. Stevie Nicks should have been no. 1 on VH1's 100 Greatest Women of Rock and Roll. Aretha is so not Rock and Roll.)
Free Music Review: Phenomonally Passionate with a hard groove of the past. Hit: 5 Stars
Stevie Nicks has once again out done herself. She some how knows exactly what her fans wants and needs are, and is able to deliver in double doses. She has come a long way from her days as Lindsey Buckingham's side kick in Fleetwood Mac. She has proven that women still rule rock 'n roll. She goes from campy songs such as "Whenever I call you friend" to hard edged hits like "Edge of Seventeen." She helps us relive her days in Mac with a new rendition of "Rhiannon" yet leaves us knowing exactly who she is, why's she here, and why she'll never leave. Good job Stevie, and congrats!
Free Music Review: Enchanted: A Timeless Collection Hit: 5 Stars
The Enchanted Box is the product of an enlightened Stevie Nicks who encapsulates the love, trajedy, happiness, and uncertainty of her life into song. It is a mix of harder rock (Edge of Seventeen, Enchanted) with a quiet/mellow sound with thoughtful lyrics (Rhiannon, Has Anyone Ever, Rose Garden, Written Anything for You). As an artist, Stevie Nicks is timeless and prolific. I strongly reccomend this set if you are a fan of Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks. It is an encompassing collection of unrecorded songs, demos, and live versions that will keep these cds being played time and again.
Free Music Review: dazzling Hit: 5 Stars
I think it is an excellent collection of Stevie Nicks songs. She is my favorite singer/song writer, there are times when I want to just listen to her for hours. This would be an excellent way to do it. The only thing I wish, is that she could have included more of her Fleetwood Mac songs, but maybe there was a reason she couldn't. Also, I would have put on a live version of Rhiannon, instead of the piano version. There were lots of songs I knew, and some I didn't so that was neat. More songs of Stevie Nick's to fall in love with. Sincerely, FairyHeart
