Free Music Notes for Texas FloodFree Music Review: LENNY RULES Hit: 5 Stars
Stevie Ray Vaughn was in my oppinion the greatest most inspirational guitarist that has ever lived. This man could interject mor feeling with one note than other guitarist could do with whole songs. This man is one of a kind, and I am appaled at all the up and comming guitarists who are even being compaired to him. Stevie played from a place so deep within himself I think most of us don't even know that place exists. Stevie was truely an amazing guitarist and he will live on in the souls of all the people that he has touched with his music. Fly on Stevie...

Free Music Review: Stevie is a legend Hit: 5 Stars
Oh what a great album this is indeed stevie is a legend guaranteed and also he picked up talented bass player tommy shannon that used to play for johnny winter back in 69 70 stevie plays the blues with heart anyways the best song on the album is texas flood but dont get me wrong every song on this album is great i love that stevie brought back the blues and he did it well i also think he is a very flashy guitar player like hendrix he makes guitar playing look easy if you have never heard stevie start with his first album it will blow you away
Free Music Review: Great or ripp-off? Hit: 5 Stars
Although Texas Flood is the nr. 1 album Stevie has ever made (in my opinion) I do have mixed feeling about this reissue. It does not really add s something new. Okay, it sounds fresh and cleaned up but the added bonustracks lack freshness and clarity and my biggest disappointment was hearing the fade out in Tin Pan Alley. I cannot believe that someone can put a fade out in a song like that and put it in the middle of the song to. So, in short...5 stars because it's a fantastic album but you don't get anything new from the bonustracks.
Free Music Review: Perhaps the Blackest Man that Ever Lived Hit: 5 Stars
This man is not only the greatest electric guitarist that ever lived, and I mean in any genre, but he is also one of the BLACKEST men that ever lived. The little white boy from Texas played the guitar like he had the weight and misery of the entire black race on his shoulders..He was truly the BLUES MESSIAH..John Hammond, who found him, also found Count Basie, Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan, and Bruce Springsteen. HAMMOND ALSO SAID THAT HE'D ONLY HEARD TWO GUITAR PLAYERS IN HIS LIFE- ROBERT JOHNSON AND STEVIE RAY VAUGHAN..THE END!
