Free Music Review: Essential Music, But Not Complete with Neil Young Left Out

Even though Neil Young recorded with Crosby, Stills and Nash only sporadically, to cut him out of this collection entirely only serves to leave a gaping hole in the collection. That problem aside, this is a thoroughly satisfying collection of 19 of CSN's best loved songs, focusing on their first four studio albums: seven tracks from their essential 1969 debut CROSBY STILLS & NASH, three from their equally indispensible follow-up DEJA VU, five from 1977's CSN, and four from 1982's DAYLIGHT AGAIN. While this is essential music, it unfortunately is not everything you need by this influential group--you'll have to also purchase DEJA VU to complete this collection.
